OpenWeb + TelkomSA

Okay, here goes...

I have a Telkom 3GB package and a OpenWeb 30 local package, using a Telkom Mega 200VWR rouer.
The Telkom account works perfect but I got capped so wanted to use the OpenWeb one... it didn't work... so I changed the PPPoE setting to PPPoE with Passthrough, dont know why but it got my attention, then it connected and worked!! ...only for about 24 hours.
So I swapped the router with a Billion BiPAC 7202GR2A, this one connected successfully with normal settings on the OpenWeb account. Why is this?

How do I configure it to use both accounts on the same time?

I'm a n00b with ADSL and routers and all... Please help. THX!!!

Ohhhh yeah... I forgotto tell... Using Vista64...

So that means I cant install the RASPPPOE protocol.

I think I can get along fine without OpenWeb.
