It is him yes ;)
I hope so, haven't had many complaints with Openweb, they have great support and a good service...

Thanks for the reply,

Keoma was emailing me till 9:40 last night... thats what i call service... or atleast Blackberry :p

Also just wanna thank Keoma for the great service.
When i have a problem he sorts it out, even after hours.

Keep it up Mr. Wright
My gold account on VB is performing awesome so far.

Hi Guys,

I would very much like to switch over to your OpenWeb Gold service but currently have a few Qs I need answering in order of priority:

1. What are your policies on shaping games (Mainly WoW) and can any users give me an idea of the state of latency on the network to EU servers?
2. Are there any running thresholds (As per Axxess/Afrihost) where the connection will get slower as usage increases and if so what speeds can I expect after consuming 100-200GB per month?
3. What sort of speeds can I expect on p2p traffic and is there a time of day when most users can experience the benefit of full line speed (4MB)?
4. Do I have to pay 1 month in advance (i.e. 2 months on sign up) when I first join?

Thank you for your time, also any feedback from ex-MWeb/Gamer customers on OpenWeb gold would be GREATLY appreciated!

2. Are there any running thresholds (As per Axxess/Afrihost) where the connection will get slower as usage increases and if so what speeds can I expect after consuming 100-200GB per month? No, I have used 500Gb in a month with no slow down
3. What sort of speeds can I expect on p2p traffic and is there a time of day when most users can experience the benefit of full line speed (4MB)? Im not sure here, I dont use this
4. Do I have to pay 1 month in advance (i.e. 2 months on sign up) when I first join? No. It is in advance, but not like for two months, just the first month

My subscription is starting on wednesday...

Looking forward to it... I hope it doesn't disappoint

@Wasp_21 - I sent through my banking details for debit order to go off on wednesday. Keoma said I would receive my login details then...I think you will receive an activation sms with a number to activate online. Then once activated, you should be sorted

What's cooking on intl this morning?
I was looking for an address on Google Maps and it timed out even.
Other intl sites are also dog slow :(

Getting 32KBps to the IS RBA server though.

Well, I have been on Openwebs Gold uncapped for R738 from 1 Nov and it was the best uncapped month I have ever had!

It is such a pleasure to use!

Any news on the eta for working intl?
I've had to go onto another ISP account to get intl access :(

Oh that's why.

I got moved to the VB network and intl speeds have improved dramatically.
Are VB peering with Mweb/IS? Steam+Black Ops FTW ;)
