...still not bad if there is 100% throughput from IS.

I have a few questions about this special.... When the 'Rate Limit; is dropped does that mean il have full 4MB connectivity or just full 512? Also when downloading from the news servers are those speeds only 512K or full 4MB on cached content?

At 8pm [mon-fri] you will get max speed. This means that. If you buy a uncapped account the 384k one and you have a 4mb line. After 8pm you will get 4mb line speeds! The rate limit [account limit] only applies MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM TO 8PM [After 8pm to 8AM and on weekends you will get your max line speed!
