lol, they don't use the star rating system, they have custom shaping rules set up through Internet Solutions to throttle everyone to the ground during the day and slowly opens up as the night progresses.

They are on a pay per gig model with IS, so they pay a more expensive rate during business hours hence they throttle people to the ground during those house.

Yeah. A star rating system would have actually been better for Openweb because the rubbish uncapped they sell is just a total joke.
