Hi guys

I searched the forum and couldn't find a solution to my problem, so here is my story...

When I use a download manager I get fast downloads averaging arounnd 38k. But when I use utorrent, downloads are averaging 10k. Utorrent say "No incoming connection".

On my other internet account, uttorent is working as it should. Utorrent also reports a "Good Connection". So my firewall and router settings are right and no blocking there.

So how do I get utorrent to have a "Good Connection" icon at the bottom. Don't tell me about port forwarding, I've done all that years ago.

Problems seems to be ports are block on the vpn side. The only ports I've found open so far is 21, 80 and 3306.

What should I do to get utorrent up to speed? What ports are open on the
Openweb VPN???

Wow also doesn't connect.

I currently have a 384k line.

Torrent speeds are determined by the amounts of seeders seeding a file. And also by the amount of upload bandwith they give towards that file.

When using a download manager to download a file of HTTP or FTP, u usually get full speed because u are downloading of a server.

As for the no incoming connection utorrent reporting no incoming connection, check your firewall settings or try running utorrent through a proxy address

Still no luck, the torrents tha I am downloading has a lot of seed, over a 1900 seeders. My setup works with my other internet account but not the VPN.

Can someone post their settings???
