Hey all

Was wondering if Openweb's Openbrowse is good for gaming on local SGS servers? With the 3GB initial cap, does local traffic count toward the cap or the 27GB local traffic allowance, or only int traffic? If anyone can help with these questions, and maybe somebody who has this package could shed more light on the pros and cons id really appreciate it!!

Thanks a lot!!

Hi,

Openbrowse is a proxy service which allows you to surf international sites after your 3gig initial cap is depleted. So the 3 gigs is for international and local after that you get 27gigs of local only traffic which you can use with openbrowse so you can still visit internationally hosted websites.

As for local gaming on sgs, your local trafic can be used for that without having to use openbrowse.

Ok cool thanks alo. Another thing, will there b change in the latency with being on IS backbone, and playing and saix servers? On mweb atm dont know what their backbone is!

Mweb uses saix, but on local servers there shouldnt be much difference with latency
