Openweb's once off billing option is pre-paid right? IE not a debit order? I got an email recently telling me that I had been billed with a debit order when I have very clearly under my account details on Openweb:

You have the following ADSL account linked to your account:

ADSL User Status Billing Options
i****@openweb.co.za Active Once Off

That's copied and pasted right off their site. I emailed them to query this and recieved an email saying I had CHOSEN to activate a debit order when I applied for the account. But I transferred the money thru manually and sent them proof of payment. Surely that isn't necessary with a debit order? So I am a bit confused. It very clearly says on my account details, once off, which is indeed what I wanted, then I got a debit order added on and while it seems to have been removed, I am then told I requested the debit order? Is once off a debit order or is monthly a debit order in regards to Openweb?

As hoped, the problem has very quickly been resolved. I guess Openweb will be getting a repeat customer!
