Openwrt for the tp link W8980 ?

Is there a openwrt for the tp link W8980 ?

I've done a quick look but I see no official support unless I missed it

the standard firmware should work but you need to find out what your chipset is, ie Broadcom or Atheros and their product line. also keep a tplink firmware on hand incase you need to unbrick.
