Have you tried all the links on the opera mini site? You do know you have the option to download version 4.2 with the license on your phone, instead of the multi-licensed one.

its not so simple as the opera site is a maze.I downloaded all the links and still after setting up the phones security i still cant download software to the memory stick on the phone.
2 phones-n70 and 6280

Which opera mini site did you go to? Mobile or computer, as the mobile one is quite easy to navigate on and I had a similar problem getting my 6680 to detect opera mini as signed, which forced me to accept every request to connect and save files, so I did a Nokia firmware update to get the latest certificates for the phone installed.
