Operator assisted or Manual Dial

Hi,

I have installed the software as required; however, I am getting a message: Operator Assisted or Manual Dial when I try to connect. When I hit Ok the following error message appears: Mobile connection not possible. Support Information: RAS error code 777.

I have a Huawei 620 card.

Any ideas?

Symptoms

When you use a dial-up connection to connect the Internet, you may receive the following message:
Operator Assisted or Manual Dial
Pick up the handset and dial (or ask the operator to dial).
Press OK immediately after dialing, and then replace the handset.

Cause
This occurs when the Operator Assisted Dialing option is selected in the network connections.

Resolution
Open the Network Connections icon, click on Advanced at the top, and remove the check mark next to Operator Assisted Dialing.
