'Operator determined barring' Error on MTN

Starting last tuesday I noticed I cloudnt send an sms on my MTN prepaid sim card. I would receive an error msg saying 'Operator determined barring' I spoke to someone on customer care and they said all my settings are perfect but they said they were going to reset my account in case my SMS centre number had changed but after restarting my phone like they suggested still I can't send sms.any suggestions?

Will put sim in other phone, and restart also phone. Can you rx sms.

I just tried now still can't send txt messages

Ok, jumped the gun there as I checked my other MTN phone and saw that the message center numbers were different.

The Blackberry had an 082 number some how and my working MTN phone which the Blackberry is using successfully was +2783000002

Working now. You can see the message center number in the Blackberry by going to text messages and clicking Options.
