Opinion: Banhammered!

Predictably, Erik's gone ahead and sued Sony for violating his First Amendment rights – that's American for “I CAN SAY WHATEVER I WANT BECAUSE IT'S WRITTEN HERE IN THIS THING CALLED THE FIFTH AMENDMENT”.

No - he thinks he can say what he likes because of the first amendment and his right to free speech. Self-incrimination (covered by the fifth) doesn't really bear much relevance.
