Opinions on Router

So far it looks like I will be getting the TD-W8980


What exactly is the tomato firmware people keep recommending i get ?



Also, should I be looking at a router that has a processor and memory ?

Its custom firmware for the router, but I doubt you need it for the W8980, plus i think CF voids your warranty.
