Opt out not working on Vodacom...

I have now sent OUT to 08217832 a couple of times and every day I still get this annoying: Low on Airtime? Spam thing selling their airtime advance shyte.

How do I go about removing myself from getting this stupid SMS daily?

dont be a nob by ever replying to sms's.
you might just get opted in instead of out
they're a sneaky bunch that run these things.
Block the number or just ignore them
:)

Phone it not blocking that number...

I can block any other number but that one...

This is my last attempt, then I'm definitely going to make a stink about it:

8. Customers may choose to opt out from specific Vodacom promotional messages and communication channels. To opt out customers can SMS STOP to 31118 at no extra charge

It's farking annoying, just got one again... Where does one report Opt outs not working, or companies not acting on opt out messages?
can't remember, my ex works for a company that kaks on these companies, WASP stuff of some sort, cant remember how it works
