Measurable - yet inaudible ... except maybe to a few serious listeners, with serious equipment.
I've heard a set of Wilson Benesch speakers which defy what many believe, in that that a speaker can't have such a wide sound stage and 3D sound that they literally 'disappear' if you close your eyes. Vocals come from the centre and sound 'rounded'. Even with my speakers, almost everyone believes the centre is playing the vocals - when it's off entirely.
But they do ... and it's very difficult to pin point them.
