Generally the opportune time for p2p has been after midnight:
This is typically 10kb/s in peak times, 40kb/s off-peak and 150kb/s after midnight.
But this seems to be no more; my midnight speeds are around <64kBps . Is it because of the 100 connections limit or is there another underlying reason?
My settings:
Global max number of connections: 100
Max number connected peers per torrent: 45
Number of upload slots per torrent: 1
Max number active torrents: 3
Max number active downloads: 1
