Option GT Max 7.2 Ready

I have an Option GT Max 7.2 Ready data card. It comes with GlobeTrotter Connect software.
The software recognises the Vodacom network, but when I click "Connect" all I get is a message saying "Connecting...", but nothing happens

How can I use this card to connect to Vodacom?
I use "Internet" as the APN. User Name & Password are left blank

I can use the SIM card in my mobile phone to connect to Internet.

I have used the same card and software on Vodacom without problems.

Have you had your SIM provisioned for data? Call 155 from a vodacom phone and get them to check.

What version of software are you using?

All I needed to do was set the APN to internet and click connect. You have coverage in your area?

I've used both version 1 and 2.1
