options for fixed IPs

Anyone running ADSL based fixed IPs (not dynamic DNS) that they can recommend?

After browsing all I can really find is XDSL and that is some sort of VPN setup.

I'd have thought that by now the major ISPs would be offering a fixed IP as a R5/m/IP addon to normal accounts.

I know Screamer gives you the option of a fixed IP on their contract for a nominal fee. I don't have it though.

R35/m/IP on top of R2500pm. A bit rich. Is it just me or is there website slow as hell? Why don't they list a physical address?
