Im just wondering what lenses do you guys use?

I need to up my prescription, not in the mood to go to the Optometrist.
I currently use - 6.5 in each eye, want/need to move to 6.75.

Im using Proclear but not happy with the brand anything else/better?

Im seriously not going to optometrist so dont waste your bandwith posting about it.

I ask the question as I cannot wear contact lenses so I have no experience with them and just interested at how come to this. I also understand that most contact lenses brands work in increments of 0.50 and the rule of thumb seems to go weaker than stronger when not recommended by an optometrist.

From -7 it goes in increment of.5.
I'm sure -6.75 is correct, what else would he recommend?
Just thinking of changing brands, in one of the magazines they have a new lens that you can even sleep with, cool ad.
Need something 'breathable' guess ill have to go to the optom then.
