Can anyone point in the right direction to find podcasts on Oracle DBA concepts on unix?

get the manuals from Oracle's site. Read them.
Install Oracle, configure it, break it, fix it. It's not that hard.

Thats why I asked for a podcast link - to hear experts opinions and tips etc, not a simple RTFM tip.
