Oracle to buy Dyn

Oracle has signed an agreement to acquire Dyn.

Oh well, there goes my last reason to do any sort of business with Dyn. I work with Oracle all the time, and it's really not pleasant.

Oh dear. Not an Oracle/Ellison fan. Have been a paying Dyn customer for yonks, so reluctant to change. Orange flag.

I didn't know they did the whole optimisation thing as well - I remember them from back in the day when all they did was Dynamic DNS.

At least it's not MS buying it, but yea not a big oracle fan myself.
