Oracle Virtualbox - MSDOS 6.22 - CPU Version

I am running msdos 6.22 on Virtualbox.

Does anybody know of an msdos utility that will report on which cpu (& speed) is installed, I am not sure of the exact specs the x86 vm engine will emulate...

I'm pretty sure the CPU it would recognise would be the CPU installed in the machine.

This is definitely the case when hardware virtualization is enabled, I'm not sure how it works when it isn't.
