Sorry for not being clear, mean paying for any steam content using one's fnb cheque debit card or PAYPAL as i don't have a cc.

Cheque card works, debit does not.

Its very simple. You register a steam account. Find the game, click purchase. Fill out forms. You need 3 things: Card num (7 digits or so), card expiry date and CVV (3 digits on matercards). There isn't much else written on the card so there isn't much scope for screwups.
