Ordered 3 times from them as they had Motorola phones in stock. Never had to make use of a repair centre as non of them ever gave trouble.
 
What aspect of telecoms market are they entering?
As Telco?
As FNO?
As ISP?
As MVNO?
 
Yes they were here until not too long ago and I bought a Google Nexus 6P from their branch in Claremont, Cape Town which needed to be replaced under the Huawei Google settlement - Orange's so-called agent in SA never responded to my requests at all. I'm still stuck with this phone and the warranty agreement refund period has passed, and I had to buy a new phone. This lost me the $400 or so refund that was due to me. I'm thoroughly unimpressed.
 
I got the HTC One M8 and Nexus 6P when they were active here before, their prices were extremely good at the time and had far more diverse stock than most others, can't speak about the warranty / repairs and whatnot as these two devices still work fine to this day for me, but it would be neat if they entered into the market properly with aggressive pricing again.

Trust me. The company they used for the repairs and warranty was even worse the Orange themselves.
