Orange Store Delivery

There is a phone I have been eying in the Orange Store (formerly known as Expansys) and they have been listing it as 'expecting stock in 4 days' for more than a week now. For those who have made use of the store does it mean it takes four days for product to get to their warehouse before being shipped to me? How has been the experience for those who have used the shop before?

4 days + dispatch time + shipment time (from overseas) They use dhl if I remember correctly, so usually maybe 4-7 days from dispatch . Generally service is good

When your stuff gets shipped, you get a link to the DHL tracking page. There is an ETA on that page.

When I ordered my phone, it was in SA two days later. Unfortunately customs and a long weekend slowed things down after that.

I got my stuff 6 days after ordering.

How has been the experience for those who have used the shop before?

They have made a real effort to iron out the problems everyone had when they first started operating locally. These days you can order early in the week and expect the parcel at your door within the week, if the item is in stock and clears their fraud/security checks. But a lot of external factors can influence the exact time it will take. Customs, weather, destination etc ain't factors Orange have much control over.
