Has anyone else had issues with these guys, I bought a couple of phones from them in November and has issues with one of the units. They refused to collect so I had to send the phone back at my expense at the beginning of December.

Many emails later they finally respond out of the blue two weeks ago an offer a refund as they claim the handset has been discontinued.

Reluctantly I accepted and to date no refund despite multiple promises and even an email promising payment within 48 hours which should have been on the 15th January.

I called in when it did not happen on the 16th and I was promised proof of payment, still nothing.

What is the best way to handle this now as I am beginning to feel like I have been ripped off, looking at Hellopeter in hindsight does not paint a picture of confidence either as they had a terrible reputation there.

I suppose I can report the handset stolen as i have the original receipt

I have been waiting for a refund since the beginning of December. Good luck, you're in for an adventure.
