I had that issue, but I also couldn't log in on my router (the ADSL account didn't authenticate). Had to call them to reset the account.Account is active and I changed the password (mailbox and account) plus loaded it on my router.

If your ADSL account authenticates and connects, then it's another issue. Someone mentioned something about special characters in the password making a difference with TItracker's logins...
