Ordering a TelkomInternet Account

Really don't know the answer to what is the easiest, but I just popped into their shop (years ago) and got it sorted easily.

Call them, the web applications seem to go into a black frigging hole.
 
Account is active and I changed the password (mailbox and account) plus loaded it on my router.

I just am unable to login on https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker/ :(

I can login fine on https://online.telkomsa.net/MailboxActivator/
I had that issue, but I also couldn't log in on my router (the ADSL account didn't authenticate). Had to call them to reset the account.
If your ADSL account authenticates and connects, then it's another issue. Someone mentioned something about special characters in the password making a difference with TItracker's logins...

There have been some problems with the manner in which SAIX and TI treat passwords, what I have found works for both is the following format:

No3@RoseLane

... a special character, a capital letter and a numeric within the first 8 characters, however, YMMV.
 
Alright so I am still not able to login to the tracker. I called Telkom now and Telkom Internet customer support says I CANNOT SEE MY USAGE on an uncapped account. This is apparently normal. :/

I login with the correct details (works on password tool and mailbox) I get this:

1) Correct, all you get is a meaningless bar graph:

2) TI Tracker is rejecting your username/password combination. This issue has been reported in other threads, I kept changing my password (via the management tool) until I hit on one that worked on both TiTracker & SAIX, must say I never had a problem with TiTracker though.
 
Okay. I changed the password via the management tool.

I can now login to the SAIX tracker, but still not titracker.

Let's see what else I can do.
 
Saix tracker is best anyway.
I only ever check the tit racker to see if I'm close to a power user and I only do that for the sake of it.

Just call them 10210.

I phoned them last week to order a line and Telkom Internet as my ISP, one week later I'm connected! :D
