Ordering from Blizzard Online Store

I'm trying to order from Blizzard online store trying to send my friend in the UK some goodies and it won't allow me to place the order? Keeps on saying there was an error and I should try again. Have tried 3 different credit cards now so can't be that?

The billing address has to be the same as my credit card's address otherwise they'll piss in their panties like amazon did last year
