Ordering from Steelseries directly?

I want to order a headset from the SteelSeries website (Arctis 7P).

Has anyone ordered from them before? Which courier do they use and is customs included in this price?

I have tried checking Amazon UK and USA and both are out of stock of the headset and a little more expensive

Amazon includes the import duties. Ags is probably your best bet but you will have to pay shipping and import duties. (Say add R 500 shiping +25% for import duties and Vat)

I was hoping that SteelSeries would have included the customs duties in their price like what Amazon does. I guess I will wait for Amazon to get stock again

They don't. Somewhere on their website is an FAQ where it states that they only include shipping and customs is your problem.
