Ordering Telkom FTTH via Vox Telecom.

OP went via VOX.

I understand that, but it's still via Telkom's line. So the install still gets done by Telkom and will be arranged by Telkom.

This was my experience going via WA.

Please correct me if I'm wrong as I'm going on my understanding of how the system works.

Personally I don't like using middle men... but I have time to do my follow ups and others don't, so I can understand their reasons for doing so.
