Ordering wow in the EU

hi there i am curently palying wow on the us server but the timzone just got to me i want to know if there is someone in the EU whos selling the version in south-africa like squisi for the us version.

If there is not please tell me how you got your account coz i keep going on sites and they all redirect me to this one.
