Original PSONE-Mini - repair needed CPT

Hi fam, I have an original (probably chipped though) PSONE mini, with the bag and everything.

It has power but nothing happens after that/on screen, I think either the little eye or the spinner thing is not functioning correctly. Any idea where I can take it to have it looked at in CPT? I have like 50-60 games and it's such a waste not fixing her up.
