I have recently tried a high density memory foam pillow but it was too hard. Four months later and I've finally bought another and I have to say it's the best pillow I've owned. R250 at the local Homemark store - the standard memory foam pillow. It's fantastic... soft enough yet enough support. I tried one of their 'no snore' contour pillows but I don't like those - you have to sleep in a certain place permanently... the standard one is bril. I'm a very fussy pillow user.
I hope you like it as much as I do.
