Starting today there will be a new update of 10.2.1 made available. See the blog post for fix details and availability.

Note availability is a rolling basis throughout the day so don't get too frustrated if check for updates says nothing new just yet.

Current devices will skip 10.3
New devices launch this year will come with 10.3

10.3.1 will be available between September - November 2014 for current devices.

Today's 10.2.1 is a newer version to what was previously available.
