Just got this pushed to my device anyone else 4.3 firmware ?

Jelly Bean 4.3 has been out for ages.
The latest OS that should be released in the not too distant future is 4.4.2 KitKat.

Yup i just got it on my Galaxy Note 2. It's teh horrible though
With 4.3 comes like 6-7 Vodacom apps which you can't uninstall and some other GPS ****ty app. And for some reason it shows the album art of the music you'r currently listening to on your lock screen. Really not happy with the update

Root & remove them if it bothers you.

Yup, going to do that. Not a big fan of rooting and fiddling with stuff i don't know, but now is the time to pick up on those skills

Download the XFA version of the firmware from Sammobile.
That is free from additional branded apps.
