This is the FIRST update to the already released OS6 update a few months ago. it was released by Vodacom last week. The update doesnt fix the memory leak and now it does this irritating thing of always opening universal search when you take it out the holster. oh and mxit stopped working completely as well.

Just though you guys should know.

What memory leak? My version, 448, bombs out with the browser when I use it a lot. Never loads pages and only a reboot solves the issue. Irritating as hell.

Sounds like you running out of memory, try free up some space.

by memory leak i mean after a reboot i have 45mb free application storage. After a day of use it suddenly shrinks to like 10megs. im not talking about ram im talking about app storage just to make myself clear.

You need to shrink the OS before you load it and remove all the superfluous crap.

I'm running the latest unofficial release which is 6.0.0.576. After loading and with all my external apps, I have 97mb free.
