OST/MBOX to new cPanel Host Migration

Hi all

I have a OST/Mbox file that I want upload to new cPanel account.
it is back up of 365 that was wiped out so it needs to be an upload from a local copy to the cPanel.

I have been fiddling and cant get to right, since it is no longer on 365 I can do copy past needs to be straight upload to cPanel restore.

If you have an .mbox file you could do an import into cpanel using horde webmail client, if thats available to you ?
