What is Brig. De beer worried about?
IMO she must go along with every other member of senior management that had anything to do with Selebi.
They are all painted with the same brush, I dont trust this woman one bit

Johannesburg - Private investigator Paul O'Sullivan on Saturday refused to comment on media reports that two top police officials received threatening text messages from him.

"My lawyer is dealing with everything the Saturday Star wrote and I'm not going to comment on it," he told Sapa.

Asked for the number of his attorney, he said: "I'm not paying my lawyer to talk to you."

The Saturday Star reported that one of the officers, Brigadier Sally de Beer was planning to lodge a court application to have O'Sullivan interdicted from harassing and intimidating her.

The other, Colonel Vish Naidoo, was seeking legal advise after also receiving a hate text message on Thursday.

However, he refused to comment on the matter.

On Tuesday, the High Court in Johannesburg barred O'Sullivan from threatening and intimidating Piet Du Plessis, the lawyer for Czech fraud-accused Radovan Krejcir.

Du Plessis said he felt his life and that of his family was in danger after O'Sullivan sent him an email giving him a 24-hour warning. Du Plessis said he was not surprised by the other legal cases pending against the investigator.

As it turns out, Selebi was only the tip of this crooked iceberg. The whole of the SAPS is rotten to the core. It's becoming increasingly obvious that the whole organisation needs to be disbanded and reconstituted from scratch.

The list of crimes that prominent senior police people are currently being investigated for would make any hardened criminal proud: rape, murder, kidnapping, torture, assault, blackmail, extortion, money laundering, armed robbery, racketeering, drug dealing.

Personally I'm more afraid of the police than I am of common criminals which is a sad state of affairs.

This O'Sullivan guy definitely has a terrible way of going about things though. He sends the most unprofessional sms's and emails to people threatening them and their family if he suspects they're even vaguely involved with crime.

I'd be all for it really but he totally messed up with the attorneys that had just accepted Krejicr's case and had no contact with him prior to that. Finding his home address and names of his wife and children to threaten them with assault/murder shouldn't be tolerated.

I have no doubt that Krejicr will walk away from this a free man, not because of corrupt police, but because of pure police incompetence. You are right, they have completely messed up any case the state had on him. The way his house was raided and people inside treated was illegal. Not that I give a rats arse about Krejicr and his goons, but when you arrest people you have to do it properly otherwise a clever attorney have the case thrown out of court and all the evidence gathered in any illegal way will also be thrown out of court.

Half our police are corrupt, and the other half are completely incompetent, and there are no doubt many who are both. No wonder so many cases get thrown out of court.
