So my final uni exams are coming, looking for some otc pills to help with sleep at night, any recommendations of pills that are available over the counter.

If you really needed to have sleeping pills you would have been diagnosed with an ailment that requires them, otherwise you could end up getting into a drug habit. There are natural remedies but go seek medical advice please.

Somnil
DPH (too much will cause restless legs so don't dose too high)
An hour of something physical
No booze
Set proper sleep schedule

Good luck

So instead of throwing out names we can go to dischem and read off the shelf, do any of these otc remedies work to relax one and aid in sleep?

A somnil and 2 spasmend and I wouldn't wake up if my balls were on fire. Use it when flying...

Scares the **** out of the passengers!

ba dum tsss

Thanks, will go get some of these and see what works for me, I've tried chamomile tea, but after week it kind of stopped working as well.

I find half a somnil is perfect. A full one leaves me very groggy in the morning...

If you tried camomile tea and it worked for a week why not give rooibos a try.

It works for me.
