Ok so there will be no upgrades? wtf?
 
Typical Telkom. "we'll flick the 10Mbit switch at 8pm" *8pm arrives* "we'll flick the 10Mbit switch at 10pm, should take about an hour to sort out" *10pm arrives* "nothing from telkom" *11:35pm arrives* ... uhhhm

Remember that it will probably be a phased approach and that it will only be completed mid August (as Ms Moholi promised) - then they will announce it.

Where are you based? What City and Neighbourhood?

As it's easily visible in his profile (left side of the posting) he's located in Durban north. Sometimes the ability to read and write alone just doesn't cut it. It's the comprehension capability making us good forumites. :twisted:

Much more important tho: Nobody could answer me yet if we need to pay more for the ADSL line after the speed bump. So do we? Will it become even more expensive?
 
But your ISP could bring different products to the market in line with the higher speeds!!
 
Arrrrgs ... so Telkom is playing nice while my bandwith provider will tell me I gotta pay more for higher speed. Feck that :( It's not their focking business.
