OtherChoice loses case against Icasa

If they persist in selling cards Icasa says they will lay criminal charges.
Since there is no test case John Welch would have to decide first wether he
would even allow such a prosecution to go ahead.
Any views?

You're using a satellite dish, whose frequency's within a specific limit. And all that happens is that you just switch over to a different channel to watch flesh-on-flesh action... and this doesn't change the frequency at all.

For example : Why can I watch internet television and not get prosecuted for this? Same thing, the difference is in the transmission media... one is via satellite, the other by teklom cable, iburst, sentech, vodacom, etc...
