I chose the annual OUTA membership option nearly a year ago, I will definitely be renewing my membership on the same basis.

As for Woosy Moaner, he is a waste of tax payers' money (by drawing a salary from SCAMRAL every month) and isn't even marginally good at spin doctoring since his endless lies are so easy to see through.
