It's with the courts. The last was that province wanted all documents related to the decision and SANRAL hasn't supplied it.

I noticed they already appear to be planning to toll the r59 to vereeniging... Judging by the T symbol (or space for it) on sign boards on the n3 near germiston.

Even coming from East London, you wont need N2 much [use R72 from EL till the Nanaga Farm Stall]. If the e-tolls system does crash (not making enough money for it to be profitable) would it have a really bad effect on the economy?
