Outa warns government could hijack fuel price decrease to pay for e-tolls

yep bro, that's the crap for brains running this sh*t show.
You know that Gauteng provides 35% of all the money in the country, that's 35% out of 9 provinces, the next one is KZN at 16% than WC at 13%.

It's bizarre. The money that would have been collected from the tolls would have went to national government, which would have been distributed to *shock* the Western Cape...
Remember WC thinks they can separate from South Africa, I mean they only bring in 13% of the money for the country.

They didn't even build a road. It was already there.
Please you know they added an extra lane, they removed the nice smooth concrete and made it tar :-(.
Instead of adding more off and on ramps which would've actually helped traffic flow, they added a lane. Studies show adding a lane does little for traffic but make it worse.

Yeah, when they make a bus/taxi lane, they put it in the far right lane. Here in durban on the N3 coming into durban the cars overtake the taxi's on the left or they're not using it at all and the cars have to illegally use the lane to pass the slow taxi.

Yup noticed that about 2 years ago, though driving in KZN is a nightmare, you guys don't know what speed limits or minimum speeds are, you're either doing 200 or 30 :-), nothing in between oh and the weaving wow.

The new interchange in springfield when one takes the offramp from N2 north has to cross 4 lanes to take offramp to springfield, at the same time, traffic from inanda road wanting to get onto N2 south needs to cross the same 4 lanes the other way. It's a joke. Luckily, there are not as many cars on the roads these days since covid/riots/floods.

Yup I know... It was a scary drive that in August of 2020, I was surprised how busy the roads were.
