I applied for a CellC contract with the LG Optimus L7II through their website. I called them two days later after not receiving any response. They informed me that both the L5II and the L7II was not available any more as they were being discontinued. Why are they still listed as options on their 'Build your own contract' feature? I asked them to take note of this, but it is still there (as of 9 a.m. 9 July).
I saw a contract on Autopage's website for R135 for the Samsung Galaxy S3 mini on a Smart Light package (which is a great deal). I applied for it on Friday, but was informed that the information was incomplete and that they would call me within 48 hours to collect any outstanding info. This did not happen, and only after I sent an email about 5 o'clock Monday (the 8th) afternoon, did they call to say that the deal expired on Saturday.
1. I applied for it on Friday, but was not called back to complete the application.
2. It is still listed on their website! https://www.autopage.co.za/deals/samsung-galaxy-s3-mini-7
Is this normal? I should think that mobile and data oriented businesses should be able to keep their websites up to date.
