I have a Synology NAS at home and I want to use the NAS's Surveillance Station package to control an outdoor IP camera at my drivaway/gate.

There seem to be a huge number of compatible IP cameras listed on the Synology site, but I am battling to find one from the list that is available locally.

Can anyone recommend an IP camera for my setup? My only real preferences are that it must have WiFi (I don't want to lay network cables), and pan and tilt would be nice but not essential.

I can’t think of any particular reason one camera would be more compatible than another.

These things are all pretty standard.

Maybe give us a shot of the configuration screen to see what is so special.

Not an expert but hey. Cameras will support a standard e.g. RTSP or ONVIF etc which you will see under the specifications. If it has one of those standards listed you should be good to go.

Just a thought on the WiFi requirement, remember you still need to supply the camera with power which means you're laying cables anyway so you might as well put in network cable as well. Streaming in HD will put a lot of strain on your network.
