Not sure where to post this, so hope someone can assist!

Having a problem with outgoing mails - I use MS Outlook.

Incoming mails are fine. Connecting to the internet and browsing websites are fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Outgoing mail server should be mail.domain-name.co.za

SSL Off/none

Outgoing server needs authentication and use port 587

Does mail go into outbox?
Does it give any error?
Does it remain in outbox?
Does it go to sent items but not received on other end?

You need to be more specific.

If you manually press send/recieve button, what does it say?

Go to file....account settings...select the account....click change...click next. It should do a self test email. See if it passes

Whenever I have had outgoing mail issues, it has been either my antivirus program or the email address I was trying to sent to was incorrectly formatted

Change your settings for outgoing mail server.

- server: smtpauth.mweb.co.za
-Port: 587
- enable outgoing mail authentication

When I do as you said and test the account settings, it show as being successful ... but my own emails remain stuck in the outbox.
