Outgoing email issue

Go to file....account settings...select the account....click change...click next. It should do a self test email. See if it passes

Did you recently switch ISP by chance?

Try using your mail provider's password protected SMTP server. Most ISPs are a lot less fussy about what they accept on those once it's a confirmed customer
 
The information in this thread isn't sufficient to diagnose the issue, not by a long shot.

I'm not even going to attempt to give advice. Phone your ISP, they have support for this reason.
