Outgrown shared hosting... suggest a dedicated hosting ISP

We're having performance issues on shared hosting, and have decided to move to dedicated.

Anyone care to suggest an ISP/package?

We won't move more than 10Gb traffic per month, and also don't require more than 20Gb of storage. All the server is expected to do is host a Silverlight app and run a SQL database.

Well, at the moment it looks like a match-up between Afrihost's Bronze and MWEB's Lite hosting. Does anyone have any experience with either?
