Outlook 2007 Mail Delivery Report getting spammed

Last night I emailed 2 people with one mail and ticked the (Delivery Report) and well this morning I am getting spammed :erm: It does not stop?? any ideas

Hi dtba,

Do you have an exchange or normal pop3 email? If you do have pop3, try logging into your webmail and delete any delivery report mails that might be in your inbox.

I don't know whether this might be your issue, but I have seen this with a few of my clients where one message is somehow sent twice and in the webmail it shows the two messages but for some unknown reason it causes a loop and outlook is unable to delete the mail from the server, so each time they send&receive the same message is downloaded again and again.

Yes its pop3 . gonna have look now. Could be there servers

Hi There dtba,
Did you manage to solve the problem?
I have had it once before and it did eventually stop and I never found the cause so would be interested in seeing if deleting the mail on the pop3 resolved it.

well it resolved it self after a day of getting spammed
